首都圈（朝鲜语：수도권／首都圈）是位于大韩民国西北部的城市群，由首尔特别市、仁川广域市和京畿道的全部城市以及忠清南道天安市与牙山市还有江原道春川市组成。首都圈集中了全国超过50%的人口，是全国的政治、经济与文化中心。
首都圈内有昌德宫、水原华城、宗庙、朝鲜王陵、南汉山城等5处古迹被列为世界文化遗产。
